Rent the prep kitchen hourly when you just need to knock out prep, or monthly when you run a regular operation. Same kitchen, your schedule.

Warmers, refrigeration, and freezer space, plus dedicated storage areas if you want a permanent spot for your equipment and inventory.

Food Truck & Trailer Parking
On-site parking for food trucks and trailers — sized for real working setups, including space for SC Agriculture inspections. We can fit 3 of the same truck at the same time, which most commissaries can't pull off.

Prep Class & Teaching Space
Use the kitchen for prep classes, demonstrations, and workshops. There are no stoves on-site, so the space is prep-focused — slicers, sinks, stainless tables, and plenty of room for groups.

Office space is on-site for meetings by appointment, whether that's paperwork, planning sessions, or tours.

Cameras throughout the building so your equipment and ingredients are safe whether you're here or not.

Water access, grey-water disposal, trash, and used cooking-oil disposal, all handled on-site as part of every membership and rental.
