Wise Prep Commissary is a commissary prep kitchen in Columbia, SC. This page explains what happens to the information you submit on this website. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the contact form or the tour request form. That is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- What you are interested in (kitchen rental, tour, event, and so on)
- Anything you write in the message box
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and there is no account to create or log into.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. That is the whole reason. If you ask about renting the kitchen or booking a tour, Gale uses your contact details to get back to you about it.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Where it goes
This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are delivered and stored through Netlify's form service. That means Netlify processes your submission on our behalf as part of running the site. Submissions are then read by Gale Smith Wise and are not accessible to anyone else.
Analytics and tracking
This website currently uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not follow you around the internet, because we are not measuring anything about you.
If that changes and we add website analytics, this page will be updated to say so before the tracking goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as they are useful for answering your enquiry and any business that follows from it. If you would like yours deleted sooner, just ask — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email wiseprepcommissary@gmail.com and we will take care of it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Children
This is a business-to-business service for food entrepreneurs. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
